TERMS AND CONDITIONS

   General Terms and Conditions that apply when registering for lessons at Fine Art Academy

​

1. Participation in order of registration. If it is full, we will have a waiting list.

2. You will receive information about payment as soon as you have registered. Registration is only final after payment of the tuition fee.

3. From the moment we receive the registration, there is a reflection period of fourteen days (right of withdrawal). You exercise your right of withdrawal by sending a statement by post or email within this period stating that you wish to terminate the agreement. In case of cancellation after this time, the obligation to pay for the full Lesson Cycle, Masterclass remains. If you cancel one week in advance, you will receive half of the amount paid back. If you cancel the lesson cycle less than 1 week before the start date, a refund will no longer apply.                                           

4. If you cancel less than 1 week before the lesson date, it is not possible to catch up on the lesson cycle on other dates.

5. Marco Krauwinkel, Fine Art Academy, reserves the right to cancel the lesson cycles if the required number of participants is not reached. In that case, the entire amount will be refunded. By registering as a participant in the lesson cycle, you agree to the above conditions.

6. Although we do not refund money if someone is unable to attend, if possible, someone can catch up on a day of lessons. So if you are unexpectedly unable to participate in a lesson, we always try to look for an opportunity to catch up on that lesson. In this context, it is important that you inform us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend for a day. N.B: A lesson canceled less than 48 hours in advance cannot be made up.

        Marco Krauwinkel, Fine Art Academy, are not liable for:

​

• Any form of physical injury as a result of participating in lessons at Fine Art Academy

• For damage, loss or theft to property brought by participants, such as coats, bags and other personal belongings.

• Costs resulting from cancellation of lessons.

        Personal data privacy policy

        Fine Art Academy uses the personal data you provide to arrange              making a               

        cycle of lessons you want to follow or a Masterclass, before registering for the                            newsletter or for completing a form on the website only for

        the intended purpose                                                                                                                            (respectively the handling of the lessons you intend,

        your registration or response).

        We will not provide the personal data you provide to third parties without          that we have explicitly asked you for permission in advance.
